ConnectWhizz is operated by ConnectWhizz, Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you buy an eSIM or top-up from us. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
What you're buying
A prepaid, data-only eSIM plan for the destination, data allowance and validity period shown at checkout. Plans don't include a phone number, calls or SMS unless the plan page says so. Service is provided by local mobile networks through our network partners; speeds and coverage depend on those networks and on your location.
Your phone
You're responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before buying. An eSIM can't be moved to another device once installed.
Delivery and activation
We deliver your eSIM by email and on your order page, usually within minutes of payment. Each QR code can be installed once. The plan's validity starts when stated on the plan page, normally when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination. Unused plans must be installed within the "install by" period shown.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed before you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal; we don't store card details. If your card isn't in US dollars, your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees.
Fair use
Plans are for personal use. Some plans slow down after a set amount of data, as shown on the plan. Using a plan for unlawful purposes, network abuse or resale may lead to suspension without refund.

Liability
We'll always do our best to get you connected and will refund you where our refund policy applies. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings or roaming charges from your home provider.
