ConnectWhizz ("we") runs ConnectWhizz. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and buy an eSIM.
What we collect
- Your email address, to deliver your eSIM, receipts and support replies.
- Order details: the plan, price, payment reference and eSIM identifiers (ICCID).
- Usage data for your eSIM (data used, validity) from our supplier, so we can show your balance.
- Basic technical data such as IP address in server logs, for security and fraud prevention.
We don't receive or store your card number. Payments are handled by PayPal under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To provide and support your eSIM, process refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your data. We'll only send marketing emails if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to deliver the service: our mobile data network supplier, our payment provider (PayPal), and our email and hosting providers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for support, tax and accounting, normally up to 7 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Email support@yourdomain.com. We handle personal data in line with Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020.
Cookies
The site uses only what's needed to work, such as remembering your currency choice in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.
