Help and install guide
Everything you need to get connected. Still stuck? Email support or email support@yourdomain.com.
Will it work on my phone?
Your phone needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most iPhones from the XR and XS onward, Google Pixel 3 and later, and recent Samsung Galaxy S, Z and some A models support eSIM.
Quick check: dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
When should I install it?
Install it at home, on Wi-Fi, a day or two before you travel. Most plans only start counting days when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination. Your plan page says which.
Installing
- Open the email or your order page on a second screen, such as a laptop or another phone.
- iPhone: Settings, then Cellular (or Mobile Data), then Add eSIM, then Use QR Code. Android: Settings, then Connections, then SIM manager, then Add eSIM.
- Scan the QR code. If you only have one phone, use the manual codes instead.
- Label it "Travel" so you can tell your SIMs apart.
When you land
- Set mobile data to your Travel eSIM.
- Turn on data roaming for the Travel eSIM only.
- Leave your home SIM on for calls and texts, with its data roaming off to avoid charges.
Running out of data?
Open your order page and add a top-up. It applies to the same eSIM, so there's nothing new to install.
Refunds
If we can't issue your eSIM, we refund you automatically. If you haven't installed your eSIM yet and your plans change, write to us and we'll cancel and refund it. Once an eSIM is installed it can't be refunded, because each code can only be used once.
