What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of buying a plastic SIM at the airport, you scan a QR code and your phone downloads the plan. Your regular SIM stays in place.
When should I install it?
Install it at home on Wi-Fi a day or two before you travel. Most plans only start counting days when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination. Each plan shows exactly when it starts.
Will I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?
Yes. Your home SIM stays active for calls and texts, and WhatsApp keeps using your usual number while it runs on your travel data. Turn off data roaming on your home SIM to avoid charges.
Can I make phone calls?
Plans are data only. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime or other apps for calls. Your regular number can still receive calls if your home plan includes roaming.
What if I run out of data?
Open your order page and add a top-up. It applies to the same eSIM, so there's nothing new to install.
What if it doesn't work?
Message us and we'll help you get connected. If we can't issue your eSIM, you're refunded automatically. eSIMs that haven't been installed can be cancelled and refunded.
